IMPLEMENTATION
The main event is the implementation phase. We will work one on one with the construction team and third-party consultants to verify and maintain the highest standards for your project. We will ensure a seamless project management experience and justify the project site is progressing per design and on schedule. During this phase, the furniture and procurement process will begin to ensure a timely execution.
